As a creative lead for Salesforce's Platform and MuleSoft products, I drive end-to-end creative strategy across a broad and complex portfolio — spanning campaigns, web experiences, reports, guides, videos, and live events. I set the art direction that shapes how these products show up in market, and provide ongoing peer reviews that maintain quality and consistency across the team.

Beyond execution, my role is deeply systems-oriented. As our brand has evolved, I've established foundational guidelines for the Next-Gen Platform Creative team — creating the frameworks that empower the broader team to work cohesively and at scale. I collaborate closely with internal partners, agencies, and GDP vendors, directing those relationships to ensure creative output meets both strategic and brand standards.
